Going to Fitness every Wednesday morning has helped me calm down the depression, by focussing my mind on something else.  I am able to get out of my own head, relax and breathe.  Misty

Having developed “scoliosis” I am finding this exercise class most beneficial for my spine and feeling so much better.  A plus is the lovely music which is the extra fun of attending.   Diana
