Nina was hoping that she would take part in the Pukekohe Expo held on Friday 29 September, but she had pre-booked to attend WOW in Wellington, which unfortunately ended up being the same dates as the Expo.

I was fortunate enough to attend in Nina’s place.

It was wonderful to see so many people attending. The number of stalls had been reduced which enabled people to walk around with much more space available.

The Pukekohe FLexercise Fitness League Centre had a 20 minute slot on the stage, performing various items including one with partners. The Members were fabulous and put on a wonderful display.  A number of people told me how much they enjoyed watching the performance and felt that they could participate.

During the day there were a lot of visitors to our stall and a large number of people gave us their name and details asking about our Pukekohe FLexercise class.  Nina will be contacting them.
