A BIG thank you to the ladies who came to support the FLexercise stand at the Wellsford Expo.

It was great being able to take to the stage and “strut our stuff” with both demonstrations showing the community how much fun we have while FLexercising. It made me think about all the amazing Health and Beauty performances which were the major way of advertising90 plus  years ago in England.

A couple of weeks later I was at the Health and Wellness Expo held at the Warkworth Town Hall.

Both these expos have given me an opportunity to speak about the positive benefits of regular FLexercise.

I encourage all our members and participants to be sharing the good news of FLexercising to their friends and family and give thanks to all those who have bought new members into FLexercise classes.
