Days will soon get a little shorter, our clocks have been turned back, seeing the end of day light saving. Days and nights will be cooler. Does this mean we need to cut back on our exercise? Deffinitely not. As we head towards the colder months it can be easy for us to stay inside, in the comfort of our home. This is when maintaining motivation to keep going to your FLexercise class is put to the test. Here are a few small helpful steps you could take to stay motivated.
Be accountable: Have a friend come along with you to class, or meet up with a friend at class.
Set the date: Make class a priority. Record the day and time in your weekly calendar.
Be prepared: Put your active wear out the night before class.
Coupled with the cooler months are the ills and chills that come with it. Remember to drink plenty of water, breathe lots of fresh air, take vitamins and do your best to have a balanced diet that includes lots of fresh vegetables. Let’s all do our best to get through the cooler months fighting fit!
