These are the members from the RSA Whangaparaoa class who meet on a Thursday morning. We all get together and have fun moving our bodies and socialising.
Jennie takes us through our routines maintain flexibility and movement in our joints and muscles.
Trish or Carol take half of us on the chairs and the rest of us are on the floor with the main aim of improving our abdominal muscles and working on isolated joint movements.
At the moment we are using hats to help us extend ourselves and move to the music “All that Jazz”
We feel we have earned our coffee with our friends from class.
What more could we ask for on a Thursday morning?!
