Back on October 3rd the annual Positive Ageing Expo was held here in Pukekohe, attended by crowds from all areas of Auckland and beyond.

As usual, we had a stall and also gave a short demonstration on the stage and both of these attracted much interest.

I left for the English celebrations on the 5th and Beryl Davy kindly taught my class for me while I was away.
