Fitness League teachers are professionally trained by experienced tutors. All teachers study anatomy, physiology, music and choreography not only to ensure that they have an in-depth knowledge of health and exercise, but also so that they can teach you in an interesting and varied way.

Based on scientific principles

Fitness League uses an exercise system called the “The Bagot Stack System“. This system offers a unique and effective form of exercising, based on principles developed by Mrs Mary Bagot Stack in the 1930′s.
