These two lovely ladies are Marlene H and Anne P from our Whangaparaoa class.

They both look so smart in our 70th Anniversary Tshirt.

They were both introduced to Fitness League alias FLexercise NZ by their neighbours in Matakatia Bay, Whangaparaoa.

Marlene has been coming to class for 26 years and Anne for 24 years.

They both believe in keeping the body moving and the brain active.
