Fitness League style of exercise

I was attracted to the Fitness League style of exercise by it’s combination of music and movement to keep the body supple.

Sonia conducts her classes in a fun way, with great music and laughter.  She has a genuine desire to help us keep our bodies in a healthy state and enthusiastically guides us through the exercise movements, giving clear instructions and gentle coaxing when we need it. Sonia’s obvious love for music shines through the dances sequences she formulates and the floor exercises too.

No matter what frame of mind and state my body is in before class – by the end of it I am feeling uplifted, lighter, flexible and with a straighter posture.

I have been attending this style of fitness class once a week for about 18 years and I am so thankful for it.
