ANGELA IRVINE
– Born 10th August 1943
In loving memory of Angela who passed away 2 May 2024.
Her funeral was held in Hamilton Park Cemetery Park Chapel on Wednesday 8th May 2024.
Angela born in Scotland and attended Fitness League classes in Scotland. She met Fred, ended up in New Zealand for a holiday, she and Fred married in NZ and their commitment and love to one another was a pleasure to see. Angela trained in 2009 and took over running the Hamilton class from Nina North. Christine Mowat and Angela trained together and Christine had the pleasure of Angela’s wit, laughter and love.
She was an enjoyable teacher, who enthused her members. Her enjoyment of music and exercise, her commitment to planning her classes was wonderful.
To Fred, our organisation has a big thank you, as he carved our lady leap in wood, a wooden statue for us all to see and enjoy.
Angela you are missed.
